2009 Writing Contests

The Chattahoochee Valley Writers’ Conference (CVWC) Steering Committee is holding Youth and General Writing Contests for the 2008 conference. By adding this feature to the conference, we hope to place the Chattahoochee Valley Writers' Conference "on the map." We are dedicated to fostering and stimulating the development of the literary arts in the Chattahoochee Valley.

Three categories

1. Short fiction - up to 2,500 words
2. Essay or Memoir - up to 2,500 words
3. Up to five poems, 60 lines maximum for each poem

Entries must be original and unpublished.
